Every product line comes with ADR compliance documentation as standard — Letters of Compliance, ECE type approval certificates, and third-party test reports. Typically 3–6 weeks from order confirmation to arrival at your nominated Australian port — Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Fremantle, or Adelaide. Transit from Laem Chabang is 10–18 days depending on the route. We give you a specific estimated arrival window at time of quoting, not a range wide enough to be meaningless.

First orders are typically T/T with 30–50% deposit and balance before shipping. Established accounts can access 30/60-day terms and Letter of Credit. We accept wire transfer in USD, AUD, EUR, and GBP. Payment terms are confirmed at order stage — ask when you enquire.

You don’t have to switch. Many of our AU accounts run us as a second source for categories their current supplier doesn’t cover well, or for price comparison on specific sizes.
